Right to data portability

Processing of data (customer and contractual data)

This is done on the basis of Article 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. We collect, process and use personal data concerning the use of our website (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable or invoice the user for the use of the service.
The collected customer data will be deleted after the order is completed or the business relationship ist terminated. Legal retention periods remain unaffected thereby.
Transfer of data upon conclusion of an agreement for services and digital content
We pass on personal data to third parties only if this is necessary in order to fulfil our contractual obligations towards you.

5. Social media
Sharing content via plugins (Facebook, Google+1, Twitter & Co.)
The content on our pages can be shared on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter or Google+ in accordance with data privacy regulations. This site uses the eRecht24 Safe Sharing Tool. This tool establishes direct contact between the networks and users only when the user actively clicks on one of the icons.
This tool does not automatically transfer user data to the operators of these platforms. If the user is logged in to one of the social networks, when using the social plugins of Facebook, Google+1, Twitter & Co. an alert appears in which the user can confirm the text before sending it.
Users can share the contents of this site on social networks in compliance with data privacy regulations without complete usage profiles being created by the network operators.
LinkedIn Plugin
Our website uses functions of the LinkedIn network. The provider is LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Every time you access one of our pages containing a LinkedIn function, a connection to LinkedIn’s servers is established. LinkedIn is informed that you have visited our website from your IP address. If you click on LinkedIn’s “Recommend” icon while you are logged into your LinkedIn account, LinkedIn can associate your visit to our website with you and your user account.
